Assessment @ Spicy Psychology is not about reducing a person to a label, diagnosis, IQ scores, checklists or deficits. It is about making sense of the whole person; their developmental history, identity, sensory world, communication style, attention, learning, executive functioning, nervous system capacity, strengths, support needs, environment and lived experience.
Assessments may explore autism, ADHD, AuDHD, cognitive profile, learning strengths and difficulties, twice-exceptionality, executive functioning, sensory processing, school can’t, burnout, masking, anxiety, trauma and other overlapping experiences.
Assessment feedback is designed to be clear, practical and human. The goal is not simply to provide a diagnosis, but to support self-understanding, advocacy, accommodations, treatment planning and more compassionate ways forward.

Assessment fees vary depending on the referral question, age, complexity, tools required, interviews, scoring, interpretation, feedback and report preparation.
